My favorite pet: the cat

I like cat so much because they are adorable and fun. I have about six cats in my home, each has it's specific color and characteristics. Cat's scientific name is Felis catus. They

spent sleeping about 12-16 hours daily. Cats live about 15 years on average. Cats are cuddly and wonderful. They rely on body language to communicate by flicking their tails in a relaxed manner or abruptly from side to side to express those feelings. They may purr to show affection in which they show extremes of any emotion, and may do so when hurt. Kneading is an activity common to all domestic cats whereby, when in a state of ease, they alternately push out and pull in their front paws, often alternating between right and left limbs. A cat's posture communicates its emotions. Their postures can be friendly or aggressive depending upon

the situation. It's the ability of cats to land on their feet with little or no injury. They can do this more easily than other animals due to their flexible spine and floating collar bone. Cats are carnivores and can survive without vegetation. They hunt small prey primarily birds and rodents.
